I first met the love of my life Steven almost 5 years ago at Lake Royale at my cousin's wedding shower. I guess he thought I was cute because he asked for my number and then later  asked me out on a date. We went out on our date. He was such a gentleman and so nice. But for some stupid reason, maybe the timing or me just being young and dumb and didnt know a good thing when it was in front of me I didnt call him back after our date. Who would have thought years later going through ups and downs in relationships that we would reconnect. Steven thank goodness gave me a second chance and asked me out on a second 1st date. I knew at that point that I wasnt going to let a good thing go again and I didnt. We went out on that date and it was the best date I ever had i couldnt stop smiling the whole night. From that date on we were always together I hated going a day without seeing him. And a year later he took me on a surprise trip to Ashville a sweet cozy bed and breakfast. He took me to The Biltmore where we went on a private carriage ride and he proposed to me on a top of a hill in a pastor with the whole Biltmore estate in the background. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world and I know I am. I feel so blessed that Steven let me into his life and filled my life with love and happiness I couldnt ask for anything more.

Our wedding will be held at The Penn House in Reidsville North Carolina. It will be an afternoon wedding on September 13, 2014. The wedding will have a rustic elegant vintage shabby chic feel with babies breath, lace and burlap, flowers of all different shades of pink and peaches. Its going to be beautiful and full of love !!!!!!  

The Reception will be held at The Penn House as well. There will be a dinner then following other wedding events such as our first dance, the garter and bouquet toss and cutting of the cake. It will be a fun atmosphere full of love and laughter of our families coming together.

We are going to Jamaica for our honeymoon. We will be flying there the day after our wedding. We will be staying at an all inclusive resort in Negril on 7 mile beach called Couples Swept Away. Its rated one of the top rated honeymoon destinations. We cant wait to start our marriage off in paradise and be able to spend time together exploring Jamaica!
