They met at Graham High School (Yes... High School Sweethearts). They were in the Choral Ensemble and had a few other classes together. It was shortly after they went to Vienna, Austria with the Choral Ensemble that they started pursuing each other, and on January 25th, 2003 they became "official" after seeing the movie "Sweet Home Alabama" at the Graham Cinema.

Dan and Jen got engaged on the McMasters family annual Thanksgiving trip to Myrtle Beach in 2006. It was a cold, dreary, overcast day on the beach. "Want to go for a walk on the beach?" he asked with the ring in his pocket. "Naaa... it's too cold." she replied. After a little help from her mom, they finally made it to the beach. And after about 100 feet of sand (which- to him- seemed like a mile) and months of nerves (which- he hoped- would result in a lifetime) he dropped to one knee, opened the little black box and popped the question. After wiping the breathtakingly-shocked look off her face and the blurt of an, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" she answered with a "Yes-yeah-okay!" and it was finished. It was "picture perfect".

We are thrilled to finally become husband and wife, and are very excited to have our wonderful friends and family share in the celebration of our marriage.
