Sean and I reconnected on Facebook just two weeks shy of my 24th birthday. I told him the next time we talk will have to be other than on the computer and it was up to him to find a way to get in touch with me. Surely enough, the night of my birthday I receieved a text message on my phone. I knew then that it was the start of something special.

Our conversations went from here and there, to speaking everyday whether it was online, texting, or talking on the phone. I couldn't get enough of him and his 'southern' accent. At the end of January, he asked me to visit in North Carolina and I did exactly that. I had butterflies for my entire visit and never stopped smiling. When I finally returned back to NY from my trip, I knew instantly that he was the man I wanted to date, the man I wanted to move out of state for, and without a doubt the man I wanted to marry someday.

Here we are a year and a half later... In our own home in Greensboro, NC and engaged to be married next September!!!

Krystin and I met in High School during our SWR time.  Everytime she saw me, her heart would flutter a bit and she would tell her girlfriends that I was incredibly hot and had an amazing car (My 1969 Camaro, which I still have).  As the years went on, Krystin would see me at work and around town and would remind me that she thought my car was hot and that she wished we were both single.

Years went on and I left NY to start my life in North Carolina.  Krystin and I did re-connect on Facebook and began talking via phone, online, and then she came down to NC to visit me.  Krystin and I continued talking for several weeks and she continued to come down to NC visiting, UNTIL I gave in and began dating her.  Then, Krystin and I moved in together here in NC and have dated ever since. 

We then went to Ocean Isle Beach in July of 2012, which is where I proposed, on one knee, at sunset, on the beach, very Humphrey Bogart stuff.  Krystin immediately said Yes, and we have been happily planning our wedding ever since!  :P
